INDIAN RIVER STATE COLLEGE REAL ESTATE, INC.BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING NOTICE

The Board of Directors of Indian River State College Real Estate, Inc. will hold its regular meeting on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 2:30 PM in Conference Room A107 on the Indian River State College Massey Campus, 3209 Virginia Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida 34981. The purpose of the meeting is for the Board of Directors, the legal governing body of Indian River State College Real Estate, Inc., to conduct public business, including consideration of matters related to student housing development proposals, organizational business, and other items appearing on the published agenda.

The Indian River State College Real Estate, Inc. Board of Directors recognizes the value of receiving input from the public. To maintain orderly conduct and proper decorum at its meeting, the Board of Directors will comply with Indian River State College Board Policy 0169.1, which establishes viewpoint-neutral rules related to public participation at Board meetings, which are limited public forums. Members of the public shall be given a reasonable opportunity to provide input to the Board. Pursuant to Board Policy 0169.1, registered public comments are limited to three (3) minutes per speaker.

Pursuant to Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes, Indian River State College Real Estate, Inc. hereby advises that if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board of Directors with respect to any matter considered at the meeting, that person will need a record of the proceedings and, for such purpose, may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. This notice does not constitute consent by the Board of Directors for the introduction or admission of otherwise inadmissible or irrelevant evidence, nor does it authorize challenges or appeals not otherwise permitted by law.
