- What is this workshop about?
This workshop is a two part series hosted by Career Services and the Student Wellness Office focused on managing the stress and uncertainty that comes with choosing a career path, selecting a program of study, and navigating a prolonged job search.
- Who should attend?
Any student feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or exhausted by career or major decisions—whether you’re just starting to explore options, mid-way through your degree, or actively job searching.
All years and programs are welcome.
- When and where is the workshop?
The workshop will be available virtually by Zoom AND in person on the Massey Campus KSU Room 107, right next to the Student Life Office. Register through RiverLife to get your ticket! Register On Lounge!
- If I cannot attend Part 2, should I attend Part 1?
Absolutely! Part 1 will work to create a Career Search Action Plan and a Stress Action Plan. Part 2 will provide a more detailed look into what those actions to manage stress can look like.
